But on IC card fuel dispenser,0due to employ temperature control device. Turn on the device when necessary. Apart from the above functions IC card fuel dispenser should be provided with these traits such as explosion-proof electric safety, anti-dust, anti-interference, high applicability of power supply, high reliability, low ratio of failure, convenient for combination and expansion. Article IV Fuel dispenser and reader working flow Refueling process Under normal situation, filling process should be like this: When power supply is connected, the whole system begins to initiate. As CPU get open command (nozzle has switched on) motor is startup; small flux solenoid valve switch on, oil flowing out of nozzle; CPU calculates volume filled according to pulse transmitted by sensor; at same time, large flux solenoid valve is open, being large filling state. Metering circuit counts paid volume and money on basis of pulse sign transmitted by flow sensor, then transmit these data and unit price into CPU that control the display of current filing. Metering CPU, if in randomly filing, will switch off solenoid valve and motor to end filing when receive stop sign (nozzle has sw fuel dispenser itched off). If in presetting filing process, metering CPU will firstly close large flux solenoid valve when paid volume approaching to presetting volume (100ml~~300ml), small flux solenoid valve being open until paid volume is equivalent to presetting volume. Finally, current filing information such as filled volume, money and unit price (PPU) is transmitted into CPU an fuel dispenser d display on screen. The proportion of large flux to small flux is 10 to 1. The knowledge of fuel dispenser’s normal working procedure is of importance to judge trouble and failure. Determines how long a node waits for an acknowledgement before retrying. (LonTalk TX_TIMER Value 5). Non_Group_Timer = 768 ms Started when a node receives a message providing it can allocate a receive transaction record. The chosen standard for layer 1 is the Free Form Topology FTT-10 at 78 kbitss. This high speed will offer a very good response time even in the worst conditions and allows the bus topology to be any combination of a star loop or bus. Please note that the 2 pin Weidm ller BLZ (or equal) connectors and receptacles are recommended for connecting IFSF FTT-10 devices. The LON uses a P-Persistence CSMA protocol (similar to Ethernet) and so no master is required on the bus. The LON chip uses 3 processors and so the communications on the bus (managed by 2 of them) never interferes with the transfer of messages with the application (managed by the third). The forecourt communication expects to use a LON component for layer 1 to 6 using Explicit Messages. The length of such messages is set by the Max_Block_Length communication data element (see chapter 4.5 Communication Service Database). The range for the block length is 32 to 228. To allow messages longer than this value fuel dispenser a Block number BL is included in the message (for details see chapter 4.4 Block Cutting). 2.2 Application Communication Basics To avoid specifying message contents where application dependent the choice was to use a readwrite mechanism. Six basic messages are used to access any data in the system: - Read Messages - Answer Messages February fuel dispenser 2003 IFSF - STANDARD FORECOURT PROTOCOL FP2_1.84 COMMUNICATION SPECIFICATION fuel dispenser

nally sponsored talks about Karabakh limp on—Mr Oskanian met his Azerbaijani counterpart this week—and Western diplomats try to sound upbeat. But a deal, or even a fudge that would at least allow normal trade relations, looks all but impossible. Sporadic shooting continues. One reason is that bad governments in both countries bang the nationalist drum for want of wider legitimacy. Armenia s Robert Kocharian has emulated his sponsors in the Kremlin, squeezing the media and rigging elections. Corruption flourishes. It is hard to find an Armenian politician who does not want to succeed Mr Kocharian when his presidential term expires in 2008; it is harder still to find one who thinks the vote will be fair. Like Ilham Aliev, who inherited power in Azerbaijan from his father, Mr Kocharian promises just enough change to pacify America. Unsurprisingly, considering their history, most Armenians are too cynical to expect much better from their rulers. Like acrobats in a human pyramid, the Caucasus countries are inevitably affected by their neighbours behaviour. Russia s closure of its border with Georgia, for example, hurts Armenian traders. Such outsiders jostling would be much easier to bear if the three (relative) tiddlers had a common line. But they are all, as Raffi Hovannisian, a former Armenian foreign minister, says of his country, “long on civilisation, short fuel dispenser on statecraft. © 2006 .
