layers of oil resistance and erosive resistance. Single thread and aluminum wire are prohibited. Diagram 5-7: Wiring in TN-S Power supply system The connection between fuel dispenser and distributing room adopts bushing-pipe burry, preventing vehicle crush wires. The wire pipe installed at bottom of fuel dispenser should have downward elbow in case oil pouring into and erode wire. No jointer is set between the pipeline of junction box and wire outlet, i fuel dispenser n case of sparkle j fuel dispenser eopardy. User’s wire should correspond to earthing line and power lines after importing exploision-proof junction box. Tighten nut and clamp wires ensuring the explosion-proof performance. Change one of three wires if motor does not work. If adopting TN-S power supply system, wiring from switchboard are connected as diagram 5-7 illustration. If adopting TN-C-S OR TN-C system, wiring as Diagram 5-8. Grounding of fuel dispenser is in well condition. It is to adopt brass wire with PVC insulting bushing as communicating line between fuel dispensers. Communicating line is buried in galvanized pipe. Diagram 5-8: Wiring in TN-C-S or TN-C Power supply system Fuel dispenser should set single earthing line, with resistance no more than 4Ωto earth, 10 Ωnozzle to earth. User’s wire should adopt copper line with no less than 6mm2 section in single phase motor. Otherwise, there is something wrong with motor, even resulting in elec fuel dispenser tric trouble. Diagram 5-9: Wiring Diagram of Communicating Box Article II Submersible pump type dispenser and its installation Compared with fuel dispense mounted suction pump, submersible pump fuel dispenser has many merits such as low noise, stable operation, cost-efficient pipeline, and is installed in large station, which is the development direction of fuel dispenser industry. Submersible pump fuel dispenser consists of main frame, submersible pump and electric control box, which are communicated through electric and signal cable. See Diagram 5-10. sary of the transfer of the Physikalisch-Technische Reichsanstalt Berlin-Charlottenburg to the Federal Repub- lic of Germany and its merger with the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt in Braunschweig with many guests from poli- tics and science (Figures 1 and 2). On Septem- ber 25 1953 in a ceremonial act at the Emil Warburg Building Dr. Walther Schreiber the then Mayor of Berlin speaking on behalf of Ernst Reuter fuel dispenser the Governing Mayor fuel dispenser who was unable to come due to ill health and died several days later transferred the former Physikalisch-Technische Reichsanstalt to the Federal Government represented by its Minister of Economics Professor Ludwig Erhard. Dr. Erhard pointed out that the development of natural sciences just as the development of our economy - would not be conceivable without the stimulation and Figure 1: Secretary of State Volkmar Strauch support it has drawn from the work of the speaking on behalf of the Berlin Senator for Eco- Physikalisch-Technische Reichs- and Bundes- nomics anstalt. Under the Agreement of 1953 the PTB entered into the tradition and history of the PTR with the renown it has also achieved outside our German home country and the PTR Be fuel dispenser rlin was incorporated into the PTB as a special institute. It was not without pride that Professor Albrecht Kussmann the last presi- dent of the PTR and the first head of the Ber- lin Institute of the PTB concluded his speech by saying that owing to the spirit of respon- sibility the initiative and the application the local employees have shown in the years of reconstruction and separation the part of the institution we add as the Berlin constituent will all the same make a useful contribution to the futur

o penetrate a little way into rock. The argument is complex. The administration still thinks that bunker-busters would deter proliferators, by making it harder to hide nuclear, chemical or biological weapons. Congress worries that any weapon that can penetrate rock will throw up lots of radioactive fallout. Meanwhile, even just researching such weapons has made it harder for the administration to argue that North Korea and Iran should halt any weapons- fuel dispenser tinkering. David fuel dispenser Hobson, chairman of the mild-sounding House energy and water appropriations subcommittee, has led the attack on the bunker-buster. (His problem with it, he once said, is that “some idiot might try to use it. Instead, he helped vote some $25m for a different project the reliable replacement warhead (RRW). The idea is to redesign new parts for America s ageing stockpile that would make the warheads more reliable, longer-lived and safer to maintain. This sounds like prudent housekeeping; in fact, it could have a much more radical effect than the bunker-buster, whose use was limited. During the cold war, the trick was to get the biggest possible bang into smallish warheads that could be clustered on a missile. That meant pushing the designs and materials used to build the bombs to their limits. As such weapons age, the worry is that they may deteriorate faster. Checking them requires tricky and costly mainten fuel dispenser ance. Now the idea is to try using different, less toxic materials and to put in extra safety and security features to make sure the warheads work and last longer. Ideally, you might not even have to test them. Already two of America s weapons labs are busy on designs. But RRWs open up plenty of possibilities. Some of them are good. For instance, if warheads are more reliable, safer and easier to maintain, America could get rid of even more of those it holds in reserve in case some weapons develop flaws, and cut back its spending on the infrastructure for maintaining the stockpile. But more difficult question
